Common questions

Is there a subscription?
Yes — a subscription is available. Please contact us and we will commit to chasing the claim twice a week for the next two months after the initial 7-day period.
What happens if it doesn't settle?
Both parties receive a Concorde Certificate — a SHA-256 signed case pack with audit trail, positions, evidence, and AI summary. Ready for solicitors or court if needed.
Is Party B charged?
No. Party A pays. Party B joins free via the invitation link — no credit card required to participate.
Can I get a refund?
If neither party has started intake, you can request a full refund. Once either party begins, no refund applies — the fee covers the full flow regardless of outcome.
